RETURNS

Hi! Thank you for shopping with us. Please keep in mind Boy Potions is a small team. When you write in to us we do our best to accommodate any small obstacles that may come. 

RETURNS: If your item fits within our return policies below please send an email to contact@boypotions.com with your ORDER # and a comment about your return

 

  • Any items which are full-priced, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and otherwise in the same condition - which they were received can be returned for refund or exchange by emailing us within 7 days of delivery date. Then, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving a return authorization. All sales are final after this time period passes

  • FINAL SALE: custom items, swimwear, beauty, items marked final sale or items which are purchased discounted over 30% off, are Final Sale.

  • Items purchased with a promotion or discount code can be exchanged or returned (Unless OVER 30%, then they are Final Sale)

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping is not refunded. We recommend keeping your tacking number until we receive the package. 

  • Refunds will be processed in the form of which payment was received

"I BOUGHT AN ITEM THAT JUST WENT ON SALE." / "I JUST BOUGHT AN ITEM BUT NOW YOU ARE HAVING A SALE!" CAN YOU PROVIDE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT? 

We currently do not do retroactive discounts or promotions. If you placed an order before a coupon/discount/sale was announced or after a coupon code expired, you are not eligible for the discount. If you forgot to apply a promo code while we are having a sale, please contact us and we can adjust. 

 "WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?" Please e-mail us at contact@boypotions.com  as soon after placing your order as possible and we will do our best to update your order. If your order has already shipped or is FINAL SALE, we can't adjust your order.
